The commission includes:
☆ 3 thumbnail sketch from which you decide one to work on.
☆ Rough Sketch
(If you want to change something it must be here. You can do 3 revisions before moving to the next stage. If you change your mind and want to choose another thumbnail option an extra is gonna be charged.)
☆ Color/Composition Plan (this is a more complex and detailed sketch that includes color planning)
☆ Full Resolution Piece (.png) and low res so you can share it in social media with proper credits. ;)
☆ If I have time maybe a funny edit with the context of your character / commission request as an extra .png. (ex. if its a birthday commission I could add a cake there, its free ! :D)
Payment:
☆Payment is done through PayPal, using USD ($) as the currency. The client is responsable of the paypal commission fee.
☆50% of the price must be payed before starting the commission and the other half right before me sending you the final piece with everything. Once I'll recieve the money I will send you everything.
☆ The complexity of the subject might affect the final price.
☆ An extra fee might apply if the client requests extra changes and reviews.
General:
☆I have the right to decline a commission.
☆The final product is strictly for personal use. For commercial use, the rights must be purchased.
☆Whenever the commission is posted or shared you MUST credit and link back to me. Than you so much !
☆ I hold the rights over my commissions.
☆The client must provide references of the character(s) if there's not a clear reference of the subject and you would like me to draw from a description or a collage of photographs there's 2 options:
1) A design fee's gonna apply.
Starting on $5 for chibi, $15 for toon and $20 for semirealism humanoids and $30 for semirealism animal/creatures; depending on complexity and description provided. Here you're gonna see it in the rough sketch stage and can do 3 revisions on the character. If you want more, an extra fee is gonna apply.
2) You can hire me to design your character. That could be $100+ depending on complexity. Send me an email if you're interested. You can see my character design work at my artstation page. You recibe a full body reference piece.
☆Communication is key. Please don't heasitate in asking questions.
☆Commissions are not refundable, unless the following occur:
I have not yet started on the commission within 2 weeks from payment.
☆ Please specify if you have a deadline or the commission.
Client Rights (Personal Use)
☆You are allowed to use my art in the following way, given you credit and link to me.
☆ Crop and resize for any social media use.
☆ Print it for yourself in any way.
☆ Any other personal uses that does not violate my rights and ownership of the copyright.
☆If you want to color my sketches or linework you must keep it for yourself ans ask for permission first, also specify that you have intentions of studying or just having fun with the drawing in the first message you send me.
You are NOT allowed to:
☆ Share and claim as yours.
☆ Paint over my final work.
☆ Remove my signature or watermark.
